Thanks everyone for such a wonderful experience. This 3 month was a very valuable time for me personally, as i have been in a dilemma and lost great hope about industrial design before i started this bootcamp. But this bootcamp has challenged and made me realise my fears and strengths. I wish i had known about this bootcamp few years earlier, nevertheless this experience would definitely be a great foundation in my journey. Thanks again to Vishnu, Shovan. Raj, Rudhran for this bootcamp. Hoping for our paths to cross in the future.

It was wonderful to understand the workings of the industry. The feedback was very helpful and came from a manufacturing POV for the projects so it was very helpful. This definitely made me feel more excited about industrial design.

The team provided exceptional guidance and support, fostering an environment where i could deeply explore and refine my project on a mechanical micro-dosing device. their expertise in design and manufacturing was invaluable, especially as i navigated the complexities of prototyping and software like solidworks. the collaborative atmosphere and insightful discussions greatly enhanced my learning and confidence. i am truly grateful for the opportunity and the profound impact it has had on my development as a designer

It was a great experience to learn under shovan sir who gave immense freedom to go in depths of research. i really appreciated the push i got while ideation, the entire team was quite supportive in that. i do always tell my juniors, for anyone looking to work in industrial design should explore design objects as a space to grow and learn about the practice in a much enriching manner and the team is extremely warm. i had a great time there, learnt a lot.  

My time as an industrial design intern at design objects has been incredible. i have had the opportunity to work on a pet furniture project where i developed few manufacturable products by deep understanding of cat and dog behaviour and gaining insights into pet psychology and translating them into practical design solution has been a valuable learning experience. i've developed a strong confidence in solidworks cad modelling during my internship. constructing models has not only improved my technical skills but also deepened my understanding of product feasibility. also i've refined my sketching abilities to effectively communicate design ideas. the internship helped me collaborating with different members and has improved my communication and teamwork skills. overcoming obstacles and meeting deadlines has strengthened my problem-solving abilities. the supportive work environment by my industrial team encourage me to step outside my comfort zone leading to increase self-confidence and growth mindset. i felt welcomed and supported from the start. my team were always willing to share their knowledge and expertise to provide invaluable guidance throughout my internship. also the team where they always openly share their thoughts and values my ideas. thank you so much for this great experience.”  

It was a very rewarding experience for me. It allowed me to work on a live problem, explore my interest in biophilic design and navigate the entire journey of product development, from research and ideation to 3d modeling. Working at DesignObjects and learning from diverse inputs gave me a clearer sense of how to balance vision with feasibility. Overall, I'm immensely grateful for the opportunity to apply and refine my conceptual strengths in a supportive, fun and creatively charged environment.

I had a lovely experience here. The Bootcamp gave me real industry-focused insights and helped me improve my portfolio with guidance and peer reviews. I especially found the sessions on project constraints, DFM, and costing basics very useful. The experience was great overall.

This bootcamp pushed me to think critically about real-world problems, build and iterate fast, communicate design decisions confidently, grow both creatively and professionally. Grateful for the experience, the learnings, and the community that came with it. Excited to bring this momentum into my next challenge! Given the opportunity to work with Design Object has been immensely insightful for exploring multiple design disciplines along with industrial designing as core. Under the guidance of passionate and experienced designers I was able to achieve a new standard of designing. Along with this the best part is the workplace where I got some  hands-on experience while making prototypes, in addition a couple of cute studio companions named Gabbar (a dog) and Muffin(a cat) constantly motivate me.

Design Objects is a studio with a great depth of knowledge and talent, driven by curiosity and a genuine passion for innovation. the team’s expertise across various design fields-  industrial design, user-centric approaches, r&d, and manufacturing- reflects their dedication and creativity. working closely with Mr. Shovan, Mr. Harmeet and Mr. Vishnu was an honor; they offered valuable insights into thinking beyond the mainstream, designing with intent and were extremely supportive throughout my project duration. the team's commitment to pushing boundaries truly makes them pioneers in the field. 

Thank you so much for giving me this opportunity to attend this workshop. I have learnt a lot about how design studio actually works and how much detailing to attention they take on each and every little things. It really helpful for me understand how the people see my character in my works and they design work i show is always a version of me. And many more learnings and understanding about the do's and don'ts in the portfolio work. This really helpful for me in advancing in myself in design carrier.

My experience at Design Objects was incredibly eye-opening. I thoroughly enjoyed the project I worked on. It challenged me to think differently, and allowed me to explore a whole new area of design that I hadn't considered before. It was through this process that I discovered my growing interest in automobile interior design, a field I now see as a potential career path. The constant feedback I received throughout the project was one of the highlights for me. It helped me refine my ideas, improve my design decisions and stay motivated. I appreciated how every comment pushed me to think deeper and elevate my work. Overall, it was a completely new experience that not only taught me a lot, but also helped me grow as a designer. I'm truly grateful for the guidance and the opportunity to discover something I now feel genuinely passionate about 

Great exposure for the duration of 3 months. The Bootcamp was a great experience that combined industry-focused insights with practical learning. From portfolio guidance and peer reviews to live case studies and sessions on DFM and costing, several topics were very useful. Overall, it gave me both clarity and confidence in my design journey. During the Industrial Design bootcamp with DesignObjects, I gained hands-on experience in everything from design research and ideation to visualization and portfolio prep. This experience deepened my understanding of how to create user-centered designs that truly solve problems.

I’m excited to apply these principles to build products that don’t just function, but connect with people and make their lives easier and more delightful.

Not to forget the little stress busters, Gabbar and Muffin!The work is the most fun part of the studio as you get to choose what you want to contribute to. I joined to understand industrial design, but instead, I was introduced to so much more. Grateful for the mentorship!
